Note the login and PIN information below. Then review the following easy steps before clicking the FFenroll link at the bottom to make your elections.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>LOGIN<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Login:\u00a0<\/strong>Your Employee ID or Social Security Number (no dashes)<\/p>\n<p><strong>PIN (first login only):<\/strong>The last four digits of your social and the last two digits of the year you were born (six digits total)<\/p>\n<p><strong>New PIN:<\/strong>\u00a0The first time you log in you will be required to change to a new PIN.\u00a0<strong>Please note your new PIN<\/strong>\u00a0<em>because\u00a0<u>you will use the\u00a0<strong>new<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>PIN\u00a0<\/strong>from that point forward<\/u>.<\/em><\/p>\n<h5>VIEW CURRENT BENEFITS<\/h5>\n<p>After logging in you will arrive at the Welcome Screen. Your current benefits and premium deductions will be listed on this screen.<\/p>\n<h5>VIEW\/ADD DEPENDENTS<\/h5>\n<p>Clicking Next will allow you to view your dependents. It is\u00a0<b>very important<\/b>\u00a0to make sure the social security numbers and dates of birth listed are correct. If you plan to add any dependents, you will need to enter their social security numbers and dates of birth.<\/p>\n<h5>BEGIN ELECTIONS<\/h5>\n<p>Clicking Next again will allow you to begin making your benefit elections. Remember,\u00a0<b>no changes<\/b>\u00a0to your elections can be made during the plan year unless you have a qualified mid-year change under Section 125 or a special enrollment event under
