New hires have 31 days from date of hire to enroll in benefits, to process benefit enrollment you will need to either schedule an appointment call or self-enroll online. To book an appointment, click the button below, choose a date and time that works best for you, then fill out the confirmation form. If you do not have access to a computer, please call Victoria Joye at (281) 582-6680 or reach out to Alice Compton in your benefits department and they will assist you in scheduling an appointment time.

TRS medical plans have new rates and plan designs this year. Please review in detail all plans to make sure you are electing the medical plan that best fits your needs.

Mid-year changes must be done through your employer, (unless you have an IRS S125 approved event). No changes will be allowed until the next annual open enrollment period.

- Instructions to access your initial Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be provided to you prior to open enrollment.
- Upon initial login, the PIN will be required to be changed.
- Remember your PIN as you will use this to sign your enrollment confirmation form and to login in the future.
VIEW/ADD DEPENDENTS
Click next to view your dependents. It is very important to make sure the social security numbers and birth dates listed are correct. If you plan to add dependents, you will need to enter their social security numbers and birth dates.
BEGIN ELECTIONS
Click next again to begin making your benefit elections. Remember, no changes to your elections can be made during the plan year unless you have either a qualified mid-year change under Section 125 or a special enrollment event.
