Conroe ISD Employee Health and Wellness Center

Conroe ISD employees and their eligible dependents have access to high-quality, affordable care at Conroe ISD Employee Health and Wellness Center.

The health and well-being of employees and their families is a priority, and we understand that busy schedules can make it difficult to schedule care. Located on the Oak Ridge Elementary School campus, the center provides a convenient and affordable option for medical care. Our services include primary care, preventive care, physical exams, vaccinations, flu shots, and treatment for minor injuries. We also provide chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.

The Conroe ISD Employee Health and Wellness Center is staffed and operated by Memorial Hermann Medical Group (MHMG), a part of the Memorial Hermann Health System, one of the most trusted health systems in the nation. MHMG maintains the privacy and confidentiality of your personal health information in compliance with all state and federal laws. Personal health information will not be shared with Conroe ISD. We look forward to providing you with high-quality primary and preventive care services.

Schedule an Appointment

To schedule an appointment, call (281) 465-2873 (CURE) or visit Scheduled appointments will take priority, although same-day appointments and walk-ins are welcome. We strongly encourage patients seeking a walk-in visit to call ahead to determine availability and promote a better experience for you at the clinic. It is especially important to make an appointment or call ahead during peak times such as cold and flu season, after school, and on Saturdays.

Walk-in patients for sick visits and acute care needs will be taken up to 45 minutes prior to closing time, or when the clinic reaches maximum capacity. Physicals, well-person, follow-up and chronic care visits should be scheduled in advance to allow sufficient time to complete the visit.
