Hotel Rooms – NEW PROCESS THIS YEAR!
Sponsors are responsible for booking and paying for their own hotel rooms this year. For your convenience, we have arranged a special discounted rate of $127/night. Reservations can be made by calling The Golden Nugget Lake Charles at 844-777-4653 and referencing either “First Financial Group of America 2024 Sales Kickoff Conference” or using the code FFJ21A. To take advantage of our rate, reservations must be made by Friday, Dec. 22, 2023.

Vendor Fair
Tuesday, Jan. 23 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. | Grand Foyer at the Golden Nugget Hotel – Lake Charles
You can begin setting up your booth at 10 a.m. Attendees will start arriving at 11 a.m.
When you arrive, stop by the registration table to receive your badge card and table assignment. If you requested an electrical outlet, a power strip will be provided. You may want to consider bringing your own extension cord and any other needed equipment, cords, etc., just in case. It never hurts to be extra prepared!
Handouts + Awards
We encourage you to make your booth as interactive as possible. Games, handouts, swag and giveaways are great ways to connect with attendees and keep the event fun. Plus, this is the perfect time to either acknowledge First Financial team members or present them with awards. We’d love to spotlight outstanding employees who have exceeded your expectations, so please let Summer know if you have any awards or giveaways to pass out. Each attendee will be required to visit your booth and will hand you a card to mark off that they have done so. We will have around 110 attendees not including vendors.
Shipping and Receiving Materials
If you are shipping materials to the Kickoff site, they should be delivered to the hotel no earlier than Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024. Handling charges are assessed for incoming and outgoing packages by weight.

Welcome Dinner
Gold sponsors are invited to join Kickoff attendees at our Welcome Dinner at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 23. Dinner location is Bayou Rum Distillery. Attire for the evening is smart casual so you can be comfortable. Your favorite baseball team jerseys are encouraged!
