Note the login and PIN information below. Then review the following easy steps before clicking the FFenroll link at the bottom to make your elections.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>LOGIN<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p class=\"xxmsonormal\">Login &amp; PIN<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee ID\n<ul type=\"circle\">\n<li class=\"xxmsolistparagraph\">The Employee ID is either your social security number or your Employee ID.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>PIN\n<ul type=\"circle\">\n<li class=\"xxmsolistparagraph\">Instructions to access your initial Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be provided to you prior to open enrollment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"xxmsolistparagraph\">Upon initial login, the PIN will be required to be changed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"xxmsolistparagraph\">Remember your PIN as you will use this to sign your enrollment confirmation form and to login in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>VIEW CURRENT BENEFITS<\/h5>\n<p>After logging in you will arrive at the Welcome Screen. Your current benefits and premium deductions will be listed on this screen.<\/p>\n<h5>VIEW\/ADD DEPENDENTS<\/h5>\n<p>Clicking Next will allow you to view your dependents. It is\u00a0<b>very important<\/b>\u00a0to make sure the social security numbers and dates of birth listed are correct. If you plan to add any dependents, you will need to enter their social security numbers and dates of birth.<\/p>\n<h5>BEGIN ELECTIONS<\/h5>\n<p>Clicking Next again will allow you to begin making your benefit elections. Remember,\u00a0<b>no changes<\/b>\u00a0to your elections can be made during the plan year unless you have a qualified mid-year change under Section 125 or a special enrollment event under
