That is why you need disability coverage. Benefits may begin as soon as 8 days from the date you are <\/strong><strong>unable to work due to an injury or illness and may be paid for up to 12 weeks, as long as you are still unable to work <\/strong><strong>due to a covered disability.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Long Term Disability is available for purchase for benefits that may begin as soon as 90 days and may be paid up to age 65 (if disability occurs after age 60 benefits will be paid for a specific number of years (see brochure for additional details).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><footer
