Benefit elections also may be made through FFGA\u2019s online enrollment system FFenroll.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>ENROLL WITH AN ACCOUNT MANAGER:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Please call the Enrollment Assistance Center, Monday \u2013 Friday from 8a.m. \u2013 5p.m. 855-765-4473, Option 3 OR by calling 281-272-7618.<\/p>\n<p>WHAT TO HAVE READY FOR YOUR ENROLLMENT MEETING:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Social Security number and birth dates for all dependents<\/li>\n<li>Any status\/life event or address changes<\/li>\n<li>Questions about available benefits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/ffga.benselect.com\/Enroll\/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fenroll\"><strong>ENROLL ONLINE<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Before clicking the <a href=\"https:\/\/ffga.benselect.com\/Enroll\/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fenroll\">FFenroll link<\/a> at the bottom, please note the login and PIN information below and then review following steps.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>LOGIN<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p class=\"xxmsonormal\">Login &amp; PIN<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee ID\n<ul type=\"circle\">\n<li class=\"xxmsolistparagraph\">The Employee ID is either your social security number or your Employee ID.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>PIN\n<ul type=\"circle\">\n<li class=\"xxmsolistparagraph\">Instructions to access your initial Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be provided to you prior to open enrollment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"xxmsolistparagraph\">Upon initial login, the PIN will be required to be changed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"xxmsolistparagraph\">Remember your PIN as you will use this to sign your enrollment confirmation form and to login in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>VIEW CURRENT BENEFITS<\/h5>\n<p>After<a href=\"https:\/\/ffga.benselect.com\/Enroll\/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fenroll\"> logging in<\/a>, you will arrive at the welcome screen. Your current benefits and premium deductions will be listed on this screen.<\/p>\n<h5>VIEW\/ADD DEPENDENTS<\/h5>\n<p>Click next to view your dependents. It is\u00a0<b>very important<\/b>\u00a0to make sure the social security numbers and birth dates listed are correct. If you plan to add dependents, you will need to enter their social security numbers and birth dates.<\/p>\n<h5>BEGIN ELECTIONS<\/h5>\n<p>Click next again to begin making your benefit elections.
