How to Enroll

During open enrollment, your First Financial Account Manager will be available to assist you with making your benefit elections. Benefit elections also may be made through FFGA’s online enrollment system FFenroll.

Enroll with an Account Manager

You can email Valerie Clinkscales at valerie.clinkscales@ffga.com or call her at 281-272-7618. Be sure to bring the following to your enrollment meeting:

  • Social Security number and birth dates for all dependents
  • Any status/life event or address changes
  • Questions about available benefits

Technical Assistance:

If you experience technical difficulty or have trouble maneuvering through the enrollment process, please call the FFGA Enrollment Solutions Help Desk line at (855) 523‐8422 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST or email ffenroll@ffga.com.

MUNIS Self Service

To make changes to your personal information including address and/or phone number, visit MUNIS Self Service at https://ess.humbleisd.net/mss/. Please use your district Username and Password to login.

Your medical benefits open enrollment is here and to help your enrollment run smoothly please note the following reminders.

  1. Gather all demographic information for your family, regardless of whether they will be covered under your plan: full name, date of birth and social security number.
  2. Review your district’s Employee Benefit Center at benefits.ffga.com for product availability, changes and rates – this step is very important!
  3. Verify if your doctors are in-network for medical enrollment at www.cigna.com and click on “Find a Doctor”.
  4. Visit your Employee Benefit Center and click on “How to Enroll” to begin your enrollment.

How to locate your PCP ID:

Provider Finder Search Tool

  1. Select the desired medical plan
  2. Enter your city/zip code
  3. Select search criteria
  4. Select your doctor and click “view profile” The 10-digit PCP ID will be located under the Doctors name.

Login: Use your network username and password

VIEW CURRENT BENEFITS

After logging in, you will arrive at the welcome screen. Your current benefits and premium deductions will be listed on this screen.

VIEW/ADD DEPENDENTS

Click next to view your dependents. It is very important to make sure the social security numbers and birth dates listed are correct. If you plan to add dependents, you will need to enter their social security numbers and birth dates.

BEGIN ELECTIONS

Click next again to begin making your benefit elections. Remember, no changes to your elections can be made during the plan year unless you have either a qualified mid-year change under Section 125 or a special enrollment event.
