You can enroll on-site or through FFGA\u2019s online enrollment system FFenroll. To log in, Sign into Lubbock ISD Google Chrome Account, Navigate to Lubbock ISD Links, choose Staff, then click on BenefitsEnrollment (FFenroll).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3433\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/294\/2021\/09\/LoginImage.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"635\" height=\"152\" srcset=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/294\/2021\/09\/LoginImage.png 635w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/294\/2021\/09\/LoginImage-300x72.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 635px) 100vw, 635px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Before clicking the FFenroll link at the bottom, please note the login and PIN information below and then review following steps.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>LOGIN<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"xxmsonormal\"><strong>Login &amp; PIN<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee ID<\/li>\n<li>The Employee ID is either your social security number or your Employee ID.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PIN<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Instructions to access your initial Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be provided to you prior to open enrollment.<\/li>\n<li>Upon initial login, the PIN will be required to be changed.<\/li>\n<li>Remember your PIN as you will use this to sign your enrollment confirmation form and to login in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>VIEW CURRENT BENEFITS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After logging in, you will arrive at the welcome screen. Your current benefits and premium\u00a0deductions will be listed on this screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>VIEW\/ADD DEPENDENTS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click next to view your dependents. It is very important to make sure the social security numbers\u00a0and birth dates listed are correct. If you plan to add dependents, you will need to enter their social\u00a0security numbers and birth dates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BEGIN ELECTIONS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click next again to begin making your benefit elections. Remember, no changes to your elections\u00a0can be made during the normal plan year unless you have either a qualified mid-year change under\u00a0Section 125 or a special enrollment event.
