Prime enables employers to provide their employees and their employees’ families with unlimited access to medical care at any Next Level location, seven days a week, through a “Prime Membership.” This includes: Primary Care, Preventive Care, Chronic Care, Urgent Care, Telemedicine/Virtual Visits (24/7), Care Navigation, Health & Wellness Coaching, Weight Loss Solutions with discounted GLP1 medications, Mental Health Counseling Visits, Routine Blood Work, DME, and Immunizations.

Need Care When Your PCP Isn’t Available? Use Next Level PRIME!

PRIME is here when your Primary Care Physician isn’t. After your visit, a detailed summary of your appointment will be sent to your PCP to keep your care coordinated and consistent.Here’s what PRIME offers:

24/7 Care Navigators – Available in English and Spanish to answer health questions and help schedule appointments.

Primary Care Appointments – Available 7 days a week, 9 AM to 9 PM, for chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and more.

Annual Physicals Made Easy – Convenient, quick, and thorough annual exams.

Virtual Wellness Coaching – Get support for weight loss, fitness, and lifestyle changes from a dedicated wellness coach.

Membership is included for all employees on a Willis ISD health insurance plan at no additional cost.

Employees not active on a Willis ISD health insurance plan can elect Next Level with a monthly fee of $30 for employee only, or $60 for employee and family.
