Sherman ISD provides all eligible active full time employees, teachers and administrators who regularly work 30 hours per week employer paid life insurance on their date of hire. This employer paid benefit is $30,000.00 dollars.
The premium for this policy is 100% paid for by Sherman ISD.
You can also purchase additional life insurance for yourself, spouse and dependent children in $10,000 increments, up to 5 times your annual salary. This is term insurance, available for as long as you are an employee with the district.
