Under this health plan, there are three options to choose from. All options provide access to a National Network of Medical Providers, comprehensive prescription drug coverage and special health and wellness programs. Socorro ISD’s Medical plan has been specifically designed to provide an improvement in benefits and family affordability, as well as exceptional customer service 24/7.
Socorro ISD’s medical plans each offer something unique to fit the needs of your family. Each network provides for discounts through the Accountable Care Organization through Providence Affiliates only as well as nationwide networks of doctors should you want to seek care outside of that network. Choose a plan that has low out-of-pocket deductibles and co-pays to a plan that has no co-pays and is a full deductible, but cheaper each check. Each plan provides coverage for office visits, specialist care, urgent care and Telemedicine. If you elect to participate in the CDHP medical plan, Socorro ISD will deposit $600 divided up equally on each paycheck throughout the plan year.
