The process of selecting your New Hire Enrollment options will take place online through the Spring ISD Staff portal <a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.classlink.com\/springisd\">myspringisd.org<\/a>. Before proceeding with enrollment, we advise familiarize yourself with the range of benefits accessible and identifying the optimal choices for both you and your family through the Employee Benefit Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MID-YEAR BENEFIT CHANGES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Changes to your coverage within the plan year, including additions or cancellations, are permissible in the event of a change in family status. Promptly informing the benefits department of any such changes within 31 days is essential.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">QUALIFYING LIFE EVENTS INCLUDE:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Changes in household, including marriage, divorce, legal separation, annulment, death of a spouse, birth, adoption, placement for adoption.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Loss of health coverage, attributable to your spouse\u2019s employment, losing existing health coverage, losing eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid, or CHIP, turning 26 losing coverage through parents<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Spring ISD\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Open Enrollment: July 16th &#8211; August 8th!<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s Open Enrollment time, and you have the choice to review and select your benefits. Spring ISD has implemented several changes, including updated premiums and a change in the vision provider. Please review, update and confirm your benefits and premiums. Once you have verified your selections, kindly click &#8220;Approve&#8221; to confirm your selection.<\/p>\n<p>USEFUL INFORMATION TO KNOW<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Please remember that no modifications to your elections can be made after the annual enrollment period, unless a qualified mid-year change under Section 125 or a special enrollment event occurs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">To confirm your selections, you are required to click &#8220;<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><strong>APPROVE<\/strong>&#8220;<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> first.
