Spring ISD has implemented several significant changes, including a transition to TRS for the medical plan, which now offers three options for selection.<\/p>\n<p>We encourage you to take the time to review, update, and confirm your benefits and premiums. Refer to the benefit guide for enrollment steps.<\/li>\n<li>Elect to continue participation in the Catastrophic Sick Leave Bank.<\/li>\n<li>Decline or waive SAFE Loan Options to remove the benefit.<\/li>\n<li>Re-elect Flex Spending Account (FSA) annually.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate beneficiaries for district-paid basic life insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Review payroll deductions for accuracy; contact the payroll department for discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm selections by clicking &#8220;APPROVE&#8221; and then &#8220;I agree&#8221; to finalize.
