Withdrawals made from this account are tax free. Eligible expenses incurred for you, your spouse and dependents qualify for reimbursement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eligible expenses are reimbursed by submitting a receipt and claims form. You will be reimbursed upon approval of the claim.<\/li>\n<li>Covers both in-network and out-of-network deductibles.<\/li>\n<li>You must first use funds in your HRA before using your FSA, if you have
