Allen ISD Employee Health Clinic

The Allen ISD Staff Clinic is a low-cost, convenient health clinic for district employees, spouses and eligible dependents. The clinic is operated by Texas Health Resources and is staffed by a nurse practitioner, medical assistants and a front office staff member.

  • Fever
  • Ear ache
  • Sore throat
  • Rashes
  • Minor injuries
  • Small cuts
  • Bruises
  • Strains and sprains
  • Sports and camp physicals

  • $10 per office visit per person
  • Payable by credit card, debit card, flex card, personal check and cash
  • No insurance is required. Since no insurance claim is filed, the $10 fee does not count toward a deductible
