A Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) is established by your employer and is designed to help you pay for certain out-of-pocket deductible and coinsurance expenses. Your employer will contribute to the HRA on your behalf and those contributions are excluded from your taxable income. Withdrawals made from this account are tax free.
