City of Bryan/BISD Employee Health Center

The District is happy to provide you and your family with the City of Bryan/BISD Employee Health Center. Through a partnership between the City of Bryan, Bryan ISD, and CHI/St. Joseph Regional Health Center is an innovative approach to controlling the cost of health care.

If you are enrolled in the Gold, Blue Essentials, or HDHP medical plans you can visit the EHC for a $0 Co-pay!* If your dependents are covered under your medical plan, they can be seen as well.

Please be sure to complete a New Patient packet, which can be found in TeamConnect before you go in for your appointment.

If you start to feel better and don’t need to be seen, please be sure to call and cancel your appointment. A Strict Cancellation Policy is enforced and you will not be able to visit the EHC for at least six months if you are a no-call no-show three times.

Medical examinations
Minor medical treatment
Vaccine administration
Wellness consultations
Chronic disease management
Sports physicals
Allergy injection administration
Behavioral health services

*Ancillary services such as labs or x-rays will be subject to plan co-pays, deductibles and other out of pocket expenses.

Behavioral Health Benefit

St. Joseph Health System has partnered with Texas A&M University Health Science Center to provide members access to behavioral health services and personnel.

Members of BISD PPO Gold & HDHP medical plans will be able to be referred to a psychologist, psychiatrist and other behavioral health providers for issues you may be facing.

Bryan ISD will offer employees and dependents six sessions per calendar year at no cost to you. If the behavioral health provider determines you need additional sessions, those additional sessions will be subject to the employee’s health plan.

*Members enrolled in the HMO plan are not eligible to receive benefits.
