  1. Go to: aetna.com/managemyaccount

  2. Sign in or register if you don’t have an account.

  3. Go to the ID Cards section to view, download, or print your dental ID card.

  4. Optional: Save a digital copy on your phone for easy access.

Download the Aetna Health app now on  Google Play or the App Store.

  1. Go to ameritas.com/sign-in and select “Member Sign In” under Dental, Vision & Hearing.

  2. Click “Register” and choose your account type: Member (primary policyholder) or Dependent.

  3. Follow the prompts to verify your identity (using a claim number, email, or Member ID/SSN).

  4. Create your account by entering your email, verifying it, and setting up a secure password.

  5. Sign in to your account using your email and password.

  6. Go to ID Cards to view, download, or print your dental ID card.

  7. Optional: Save a digital copy on your phone for easy access.
