How to Enroll

During open enrollment, your First Financial Account Manager will be on-site to assist you with making your benefit elections. Benefit elections also may be made through FFGA’s online enrollment system FFenroll.

Walk-ins are accepted, or you can make an appointment at https://conroeisd.timetap.com/#/

Events take place Monday through Thursday throughout July.
July 1 – 25: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30p.m.
July 28 – 31: 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

In-person help will also be available on Fridays (July 11, 18, and 25) from 7:30 a.m. to noon.

Spanish-speaking assistance is available on Mondays at Conroe High School 9th Grade Campus. BCBSTX representatives will be on site every Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
to answer questions about medical and pharmacy benefits (9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on July 28).

WHAT TO HAVE READY FOR YOUR ENROLLMENT MEETING:

Social Security number and birth dates for all dependents
Any status/life event or address changes
Questions about available benefits

New Hire Enrollment

Enroll Online

Before clicking the FFenroll link at the bottom, please note the login and PIN information below and then review following steps.

LOGIN

Employee ID
- The Employee ID is either your social security number or your Employee ID.
PIN
- Instructions to access your initial Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be provided to you prior to open enrollment.
- Upon initial login, the PIN will be required to be changed.
- Remember your PIN as you will use this to sign your enrollment confirmation form and to login in the future.

VIEW CURRENT BENEFITS

After logging in, you will arrive at the welcome screen. Your current benefits and premium deductions will be listed on this screen.

VIEW/ADD DEPENDENTS

Click next to view your dependents. It is very important to make sure the social security numbers and birth dates listed are correct. If you plan to add dependents, you will need to enter their social security numbers and birth dates.

BEGIN ELECTIONS

Click next again to begin making your benefit elections. Remember, no changes to your elections can be made during the plan year unless you have either a qualified mid-year change under Section 125 or a special enrollment event.
