During open enrollment, your First Financial Account Manager will be on-site to assist you with making your benefit elections.

Log in to FFenroll to enroll in your benefits online. View instructions below on how to log in:

Using Single Sign-On (SSO) from your HCDE employee portal

• Visit your employee portal at https://www.hcde-texas.org/benefits-enrollment
  • Enter your district provided username and password to access your employee benefits page
  • Click on the “Go to your FFenroll dashboard” link
  • You will be automatically logged in and it will bring you to the welcome screen

  
  

Using your username & password

• Username
  • The Username is either your social security number or your Employee ID.
• Password
  • Instructions to access your initial password will be provided to you prior to open enrollment.
  • Upon initial login, the password will be required to be changed.
  • Remember your password as you will use this to sign your enrollment confirmation form and to login in the future.

If your account has been locked out due to too many failed attempts, please contact the FFGA Help Desk at 855-523-8422.
