Voluntary Retirement

Enrolling in a voluntary retirement savings plan today can help bring you financial stability and security when you retire. These plans can not only help bridge the income gap at retirement, but can lower your current taxes and earn you tax-free income. Saving is easy with payroll deducted contributions.

A 403(b) is a retirement savings plan generally offered by public schools and other tax-exempt organizations that allows employees to make contributions on a pre-tax or Roth basis. For Texas public school employees, the Teachers Retirement System (TRS) determines vendors and products that are available for investment. Employees can open an account with any approved vendor. Contributions can be started, stopped, increased or decreased at any time, subject to payroll cutoff dates.

TCG Administrators is the third party administrator in charge of managing plan communications and participation for the 403(b).
