THREE WAYS TO ENROLL

During open enrollment, you can enroll on-site with your FFGA Account Representative, by phone, or online.

WHAT TO HAVE READY FOR YOUR ENROLLMENT:

  • Social Security number and birth dates for all dependents
  • Any status/life event or address changes
  • Questions about available benefits

During mid-year, no changes will be allowed until the annual open enrollment period (unless you have an IRS S125 approved event).
